Because each item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for us to craft your piece before it ships. Once it's on its way, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes another 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Shipping is free on orders $120 and up. Orders under $120 ship for a flat $6. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
Every AMG Society piece is custom-made to order, so all sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are available (for example, for a different size), handled at the customer's expense — you cover the shipping to send your item back and to receive the new one. To request an exchange, reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
To keep it fair for everyone, all returned items are examined once we receive them. Your exchange is completed only after the returned piece has been inspected and confirmed unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — free of any wear or damage. Anything that doesn't pass inspection will be sent back and the exchange declined.
If we got it wrong — a defect on our end, a production error, or the wrong item — message us within 7 days with a photo. We'll examine it and make it right.
